1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
Visitors to our website have the option of providing personal information to us when you request information from us and/or submit a comment, purchase merchandise or request franchise information.

If you purchase merchandise, we will request typical financial information to process the transaction and ship you your merchandise, such as name, address, and account or credit card information. Any financial information we collect is used to bill you for the merchandise you purchased or otherwise process your transaction. If you are interested in obtaining franchise information, you may sign up to request information through a third party, and/or be requested to submit an application directly to us or through a third-party disclosing personal information such as your name, address, email address, phone numbers, date of birth, driver’s license number, financial status, and other information used to analyze your potential qualifications to obtain a franchise.

We do not track website visitors over time and across third party websites and therefore do not respond to Do Not Track signals or requests.
